Customizing your retreat

Every Beauty Retreat has a theme that reflects a different aspect of Los Angeles. Decide on the focus of your weekend and select the retreat that speaks to you. Then you will customize it to your liking, choosing from our extensive list of the city’s most prestigious and reputable vendors and venues. Our extensive roster includes a collection of boutique businesses with an emphasis on organic products; many having unique specialties. Our Beauties will continuously be pampered; thoughtfully sponsored by our high end vendors, our Beauties will receive luxurious gift bags.

All Distinctive Event & Services signature retreats can include a private chef, spa services and the use of hotel suites or private luxury estates, with a comfortable ambiance that is fully furnished with elegant personalized décor. Also included with every site—including hotel suites— is the option of an overnight stay. As much as our beauty retreats are about gathering together with other women for fun, socializing and/or relaxing outings, they’re also about being educated and internally inspired. Interactive guest speakers engage as your group’s personal coach, they’ll inspire with their message, lead and promote discussions, and at times even inspire self-discovery exercises. By the time you’re done, an enhanced sense of harmony will be felt among your guests.

1. The Couture Cure ©

You’re serious about shopping, and we’ve got the retreat that speaks to all of your couture cravings…and many of your social ones too. Prior to the day of your outing, you’ll be visited by a stylist at your home, where you’ll team up to create a personalized shopping profile, complete with photographs. On the day of your retreat you’ll be picked up by a professional car service and driven to a previously selected restaurant for brunch. Then you’ll be part of an engaging group discussion on a topic of your choice, led by one of the many inspirational and educational speakers you’ve selected from our roster of presenters.

After that you’ll be transported to your favorite LA shopping venues with your stylist in tow, and the shopping delirium will begin! Indulge your shopping fantasies as you explore your favorite boutiques while your stylist provides insight and suggestions to compliment you and make you look your absolute best!

Once your fashion fix is satiated, you’ll wind down the day with spa services including full body aromatherapy restorative massages, and refreshing manicure and pedicures. Wash up and change in the comfort of your luxurious hotel suite or residence, then it’s off for dinner at your choice of a fine restaurant. Once you’re properly inspired and informed, it’s time to commune with nature on a beautifully landscaped and relaxing hike through the gorgeous mountains of Los Angeles. Helping you stay focused on your wellness path, you will artake in the heart-pumping and/or toning activity of your choice, based on your particular fitness goals and interests. Our comprehensive list of exercise options range from weight training, Pilates and yoga classes to Latin dancing and even Brazilian dancing on the beach—all lead by your group’s private personal trainer.

After you’ve had a full dose of tightening and toning, it’s time to be rewarded with massages, manicures and pedicures. And as you navigate around the course, you’ll be in a prime position to navigate your latest business venture.

Wind down the afternoon with spa services such as massages, manicures and pedicures.
